Our client is looking for high potentials with a hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn. You will receive the chance to discover different and broad aspects of Customer Experience/Digital Marketing. The traineeship will allow you to develop yourself, following a personalized coaching path. You will get a taste of different assignments in various departments within one company. you will discover what you’re capable of but also learn to perform to the best of your potential. After 18 months of traineeship, when you have been able to gain a 360° vision, you will be offered a permanent contract in your preferred area.

  • You have obtained a Master’s degree
  • You have a strong affinity with Customer Experience/Digital Marketing. This passion doesn’t necessarily result from your studies, but can also relate to a side-project, extracurricular activities or profound interest in the digital world.
  • You are in the starting phase of your career (0 to 3 years working experience).
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You’re either Dutch or French speaking, with at least basic level of other language.
  • You’re eager to learn, open to feedback and looking for intense coaching possibilities.
  • You have ambition and motivation to become the digital leader of tomorrow.
