This is what you can look forward to:

Pfizer in Berlin is offering a 2-year marketing trainee program. With this opportunity, you will take part in a rotational developmental program and will gain experience in marketing as part of the Regional Marketing Team, who cover Europe & Developed Asia, a Country Marketing Team, as well as Commercial/Business Operations. You will also get the opportunity to gain insights into other functions in the business, such as Health & Value or Finance. Your tasks will be diverse; from developing branding and core material, implementing marketing strategies and tactics, such as activities at international congresses, contributing to forecasts and Operating Plans, controlling budget, monitoring performance objectives and contributing to business reviews.

What you offer:

  • University degree with a focus on marketing/business, sciences or similar (Master preferred)
  • First work experiences as an intern or working student ideally in oncology or pharma marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; excellent knowledge of additional European languages is strongly preferred
  • Fast learner, results-oriented, able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
  • International exposure
  • Highly mobile, willing to relocate to Berlin and to work/live at other Pfizer affiliates in Europe for a defined period of time as part of the program
